I love to solve problems from crossword puzzles to jigsaw puzzles, from math teasers to software applications. My career reflects my passion for solving problems in technology and public service. With hands on experience in technology and an aptitude for leading, I have driven teams to their full potential, innovated and created technology solutions, and transformed organizations. Through much of my academic and work life, I was often the only or one of few women at the table. I want to change that. I have been a highly engaged stakeholder in corporate diversity efforts, as well as a board member of the Minnesota High Tech Association, AnitaB.org, and the Science Museum of Minnesota. I know that building more diverse teams will make the world a better place for everyone and I’m excited to be leading Technovation[MN] which sparks the inner technologists in young girls, helping to provide the needed skills but more importantly, show them their potential.
